Get estimated sale, profit and margin for every open project

Returns open projects that have an open quote, valued at their most-likely quote: full estimated sale, cost, profit and margin with no salesperson split. Every row carries every field; the four estimates are null when the project has no open most-likely quote. Filter on any response field with field=value or field[op]=value, where op is eq, neq, gt, gte, lt, lte or contains (text fields), and field=null matches a missing estimate; for example estimatedMargin[lt]=20 or companyName[contains]=Align. Sort with sort_by=asc(field) or sort_by=desc(field). Without sort_by, rows are ordered by decision date; project ID always breaks ties. Use start (default 0) and limit (1-5000, default 10) to page. An unknown field, operator or sort key, or an out-of-range page, is rejected with 400. Requires the View All Projects right.
